What gives the value to our cards ?

We are presenting you the best possible quality. The best possible paper, natural flowers collected by ourselves, and even real swarovski crystals. It is also a handmade product, made in France. And of course it is made with love, the most valuable feeling.

Do pictures reflect the real products ?

We tried to make pictures as realistic as possible. We thought it is better to make the quality a bit lower than it is in reality, this way, we hope to surprise you when you’ll receive the card.

Are the categories strictly determined ?

We are artists, and it is hard to categorize. So you can freely send a heart from the category “Saint Valentine’s day” to your friend anniversary. So don’t forget to check other categories.

Are all of your products listed on your website ?

It is only a very small amount of the models we have. We just don’t have enough stock of all our designs, we propose you the designs that are currently available.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

It depends of your geographic location and the period you buy the cards. As you understand, thoses timelines are the responsability of the shipping companies.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we ship to any part of the world. But keepin mind that shipping time would be different. If you are far from Europe we advise you to make a bigger order, so you won’t have to wait everytime.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

You can use a mastercard, a visa card, or even an american express card. The only condition is that your bank allows you to buy the product. Or you can pay via paypal.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No you don’t need an account to place an order, but in any case you will need to share with us a few information as your address to get the product delivered.

Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

Just contact us by email or phone.

How Can I Return a Product?

You have to write a letter to us within 14 days, and send us the product with the original packaging to: 6 allée du château, Montcoy, 71620. The carrage will be on your charge.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can cancel your order or change it by sending us an email, with your demand. If the reason is due to us we would be pleased to know more about it.
